Owned the end-to-end digital experience for an up-and-coming business product - including the ecommerce flow, setup experience, service and account management.
Accomplishments
• Created 1,000+ wireframes and designs to guide the user experience
• Developed 11 clickable prototypes using Axure RP, Invision, and Adobe XD that were used to support 8 rounds of customer testing
• Wrote and drove 300+ user stories as a product owner of the digital platform
